Ingredients

  1. Custard powder – 25 gms
  2. Milk – 250 ml
  3. Blueberry pulp – 25 gms
  4. Finely chopped strawberries – 2 nos.
  5. Strawberry compote (made with 6 to 8 strawberries)
  6. Whipped cream – 25 gms
  7. Threptin Lite Diskettes – 8 to 10 nos.
  8. Strawberries (for garnish)
  9. Mint leaves (for garnish)

METHOD

  1. Prepare a thick custard using milk and custard powder. Allow it to cool and refrigerate until set.
  2. Prepare a sugar-free strawberry compote, bring it to room temperature, and mix it with whipped cream.
  3. Take fancy shot glasses and smear the inner sides with blueberry pulp and strawberry compote.
  4. Add finely chopped strawberries as the bottom layer.
  5. Then create layers using finely crushed Threptin Lite Diskettes, blueberry pulp, strawberry compote, and the cream mixture.
  6. Top with some more chopped strawberries.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and strawberries.
