Coconut laddu (Narkel Naru in Bengali)

Ingredients
- 2 cups of grated coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 150 g jaggery (gud)
- 10 Threptin Diskettes (crushed to powder)
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Mix well until combined.
- Place a kadai on the gas stove and pour the mixture into it.
- Start stirring the mixture continuously until it becomes thick, sticky, and brown in colour.
- Once it turns sticky, switch off the flame and allow the mixture to cool completely.
- After it cools down, take a small portion and shape it into a small ball.
The Threptin Narkel Naru or Threptin Coconut Laddu is now ready to eat.
