Healthy Gulab Jamun

Ingredients
- Threptin Diskettes – 2
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder – to taste
- Fresh cream – 1 tsp
METHOD
- Take 2 Threptin Diskettes and break them into a fine powder.
- Pour water and sugar into a pan and prepare the sugar syrup. Add cardamom powder and kesar. Keep it aside.
- Take another pan and pour in the milk and ghee. Heat the milk until it boils. While boiling, slowly add the Threptin powder and stir continuously. Let it steam for a few minutes, then switch off the flame.
- Add fresh cream to the dough and shape it into small balls.
- Fry these balls in ghee or refined oil until they turn golden in colour.
- Remove the fried balls and put them into the prepared sugar syrup.
- Garnish with dry fruits and kesar.
