Pancake

A great and healthy option for an evening snack with tea or coffee, and filling too!
Ingredients
- Flour – 2 cups
- Threptin Diskettes, crushed – 1½ cups
- Eggs – 3
- Baking powder – ½ tsp
- Butter – as required
- White oil – as required
- Vanilla flavour or any other flavour of your choice
METHOD
- In a bowl, combine the flour, crushed Threptin Diskettes and baking powder.
- Add the eggs and mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Add vanilla flavour or any flavour of your choice and mix again.
- Heat a pan and grease it lightly with butter or white oil.
- Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread gently.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve warm and enjoy your delicious and healthy Threptin Pancakes.
