A great and healthy option for an evening snack with tea or coffee, and filling too!

Ingredients

  1. Flour – 2 cups
  2. Threptin Diskettes, crushed – 1½ cups
  3. Eggs – 3
  4. Baking powder – ½ tsp
  5. Butter – as required
  6. White oil – as required
  7. Vanilla flavour or any other flavour of your choice

METHOD

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, crushed Threptin Diskettes and baking powder.
  2. Add the eggs and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  3. Add vanilla flavour or any flavour of your choice and mix again.
  4. Heat a pan and grease it lightly with butter or white oil.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread gently.
  6. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
  7. Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve warm and enjoy your delicious and healthy Threptin Pancakes.
