Choco Smoothie

Ingredients
- Threptin Diskettes – 10
- Ready-to-make custard powder – 1 packet (any flavour)
- Ground sugar – 2 spoons
- Ghee – 2 spoons
- Ice cream – 1 scoop (vanilla or chocolate)
METHOD
- Crush the Threptin Diskettes into a coarse powder and keep aside.
- Prepare the custard as per the instructions on the packet, using ground sugar for sweetness.
- In a pan, heat ghee lightly and add the crushed Threptin Diskettes.
- Roast gently on low flame for a few minutes until aromatic.
- Add the prepared custard to the roasted Threptin mixture and mix well.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously, then turn off the flame.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream before serving.
