Ingredients

  1. Threptin Diskettes – 150 g (1 packet = 50 g)
  2. Milk – 2 cups
  3. Milk powder – 2 tbsp
  4. Malai – ΒΌ cup
  5. Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  6. Sugar – 2 tbsp
  7. Choco chips – for garnishing
  8. Chocolate sauce – for garnishing

METHOD

  1. Crush the Threptin Diskettes into a fine powder and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, add milk, milk powder, malai, cocoa powder, and sugar.
  3. Mix well until everything is combined smoothly.
  4. Add the crushed Threptin Diskettes and mix again thoroughly.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze until set.
  6. Once set, scoop out the ice cream into serving bowls.
  7. Garnish with choco chips and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
