Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Threptin Diskettes β 150 g (1 packet = 50 g)
- Milk β 2 cups
- Milk powder β 2 tbsp
- Malai β ΒΌ cup
- Cocoa powder β 1 tbsp
- Sugar β 2 tbsp
- Choco chips β for garnishing
- Chocolate sauce β for garnishing
METHOD
- Crush the Threptin Diskettes into a fine powder and keep aside.
- In a bowl, add milk, milk powder, malai, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Mix well until everything is combined smoothly.
- Add the crushed Threptin Diskettes and mix again thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture into a container and freeze until set.
- Once set, scoop out the ice cream into serving bowls.
- Garnish with choco chips and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, protein-rich Threptin Ice Cream!
