Ingredients

  1. Threptin Diskettes – 10
  2. Ready-to-make custard powder – 1 packet (any flavour)
  3. Ground sugar – 2 spoons
  4. Ghee – 2 spoons
  5. Ice cream – 1 scoop (vanilla or chocolate)

METHOD

  1. Crush the Threptin Diskettes into a coarse powder and keep aside.
  2. Prepare the custard as per the instructions on the packet, using ground sugar for sweetness.
  3. In a pan, heat ghee lightly and add the crushed Threptin Diskettes.
  4. Roast gently on low flame for a few minutes until aromatic.
  5. Add the prepared custard to the roasted Threptin mixture and mix well.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring continuously, then turn off the flame.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and allow it to cool slightly.
  8. Top with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream before serving.
