Mango Millefeuille

Ingredients
- Threptin Lite Diskettes – 12 nos.
- Thick custard mixture (without sugar) – 1 cup
- Finely diced mango – ½ cup
- Whipped cream – for topping
- Dry fruits – for decoration
METHOD
- Arrange one Threptin Lite diskette as the base.
- Pipe the custard mixture and add a few diced mangoes, then cover with a Threptin Lite diskette.
- Repeat the previous layer by adding custard mixture and diced mangoes, and cover again with a Threptin Lite diskette.
- Arrange diced mangoes on top and add a little whipped cream.
- Arrange on a platter and serve, decorated with dry fruits.
