Open Melon Tart

Ingredients
- Threptin Lite Diskettes – 08 nos.
- Whipped cream – 40 ml
- Assorted melon scoops – 08 nos.
- Chopped pistachio – for sprinkling
METHOD
- Place the Threptin Lite Diskettes and pipe a small quantity of whipped cream on each to act as a base.
- Place the melon scoops on top and arrange on a platter.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachio on top.
