Ingredients

  1. Threptin Lite Diskettes – 08 nos.
  2. Whipped cream – 40 ml
  3. Assorted melon scoops – 08 nos.
  4. Chopped pistachio – for sprinkling

METHOD

  1. Place the Threptin Lite Diskettes and pipe a small quantity of whipped cream on each to act as a base.
  2. Place the melon scoops on top and arrange on a platter.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pistachio on top.
