Threptin Coated Hand Rolled Truffles

Ingredients
- Threptin Lite Diskettes – 12 pcs
- Sugar-free dark chocolate – 250 gms
- Cooking cream – 120 ml
- Dry fruits – 50 gms
METHOD
- Semi-boil the cooking cream, then add the grated sugar-free dark chocolate and mix well.
- Bring the mixture to room temperature and mix well again. Add half of the crushed Threptin Lite Diskettes and dry fruits, and mix thoroughly.
- Shape the mixture into round balls, roll them over the remaining crushed Threptin Lite Diskettes, and arrange on a plate.
- Garnish and decorate with shredded dry fruits and chocolate work.
