Thalipith

Method
Step 1
Grind the delicious Threptin Diskettes and make a fine powder. I have taken one diskette. Keep the diskette powder on a large plate. Add one spoon of rice flour, one spoon of millet flour, one chopped onion, coriander leaves, grated cabbage and carrot, ginger-garlic paste, dahi (yogurt), asafoetida, turmeric powder, chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, salt, any homemade masala, garam masala, and sesame seeds.
Step 2
Mix everything together by adding water and make a thick dough. Keep it aside for 5 minutes. Take a plastic bag and place it on a plate or kitchen platform, then spray some oil on it. Take a ball of the dough and place it on the plastic bag. Press it gently with your fingers to make a round shape, similar to how bhakri is made. Apply a little water on your hands while shaping.
Step 3
Place a tawa on the gas stove and apply oil on it. Put the Thalipith on the tawa. Make small holes in the thalipith so that it cooks faster and evenly. Spray a little oil on top and cover it with a lid.
Cook on a low flame. Open the lid after about one minute—you will enjoy the wonderful fragrance of the thalipith.
Your Threptin Healthy Thalipith is ready!
Serve it with ketchup or Indian butter, and with love.
